Uprising 2010 Registration

The registration deadline has been extended to July 28th. Follow the steps below to register.

NOTICE: CASC host family housing has been maxed out. Please refer to the hotel list for housing. We currently have a discounted rate with Fairfield Inn.

1. Click here and fill out the online registration form.
2. The registration fee for Uprising is $20.00 per person. If you have financial difficulties, please contact us through email at cascyg@gmail.com.
   
   If you are including multiple payments on a single check, be sure to list the name of each individual registrant.
   
   Checks should be made payable to CASC and mailed in with the mandatory release of liability form to:
